About

A short page about a short site

TechDeals is an independent, one-page edit of tech deals worth your time — and nothing else.

What this is

Deal aggregators show you everything and let you sort it out. We do the opposite: watch the firehose, throw most of it away, and publish a short page of discounted tech we would actually recommend at full price. No countdown timers, no fake scarcity, no fifty coupons you will never use.

How deals get on the page

The live feed is sourced from public deal communities (slickdeals.net and dealsea.com), filtered down to technology products, de-duplicated, and refreshed hourly. Items without a clear price are dropped rather than shown. The lead slot goes to the strongest current deal. When the live feeds are unavailable, the page falls back to a small set of standing editor recommendations — clearly presented without price claims, since prices move faster than any fallback can.

The reasoning behind the filter is written up in how we decide a deal is worth featuring.

How the site makes money

Some outbound links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking — at no extra cost to you. Affiliations never decide what gets featured. The full detail is on the affiliate disclosure page.
